Nokia Asha 302 available in India for Rs 6,285

Nokia Asha 302 is now available in India for Rs 6,285 in accordance with prices on online retailers FlipKart and LetsBuy. Nokia is yet to send out an official announcement about the launch, which isn’t surprising considering most phones these days are unveiled first by online retailers.

Like its other sibling the Asha 303, the 302 boasts of a 1GHz processor, 2.4-inch display, 3-megapixel camera minus flash, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Notably, the device features a candy par QWERTY design in the vain of the famed E -Series devices of yesteryear like the E71.

Unlike the Asha 303, the 302 drops the touch display, so if you are keen on a touch screen then this might not be the device for you. We are not sure whether this is a great price for a S40 feature phone considering there are multiple Android smartphones available in the market for just Rs 1,000 more from vendors like Motorola, Samsung and LG.
